MultiCad Design Solutions believes that efficient service delivery to meet the needs of our clients, can contribute to keeping their design studios productive at maximum capacity. This secure online support system is implemented to enhance the level of service delivery and the most effective communication with our clients and their staff (Terms and conditions apply).

You can also contact us via Skype, Phone, Email or visit our office for assistance, training and your software and consulting needs.

Your information and details are safe with us and in this Support System and Forum.
This secure online system requires that members / users first register and create a profile before getting access to any communication inside the system or forum. This ensures that you are protected. Only you and our assigned support and admin team (responsible for serving you) will see any communications / activities of your query.

  • This system is integrated with Google and links easily with Google Mail, Calendars, Docs/Drive, Forms as well as Dropbox and many more for hassle free synchronization with your admin and tools.
  • This Support System is an ever growing database of questions and answers / solutions. No need for you to wait for anybody. You can search the "FAQ", Solutions section or Forum for any previous solutions to questions that was similar to yours.
